14-day returns

We want you to love your SPARSHA pieces. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings and swimwear cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email support@sparsha369.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without authorization can't be processed.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item, size or color is to return the original item and place a new order.
