Where we ship

SPARSHA currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each piece ships directly from our fulfillment partners, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping rates and delivery times

• Standard shipping: $8.00, or free on orders of $70 or more. Some items always ship free, as shown at checkout. Typical delivery is 7–15 business days after processing.
• Express shipping: $15.00. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays and weather.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order anytime on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after the label is created.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, email us at support@sparsha369.com and we'll help resolve it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
